Welcome to our first Yoga retreat June 27th-June 30th! Here, we’ll teach Sattva Yoga Journeys and meditation originating from the Himalayan tradition mixed with our own learnings from dancing down the mountains on our skis and snowboards. By honoring our lands and traditions of the North, together with the teachings from the Himalayas, we inspire to evolve and expand in Unity. Our intention is to bring clarity, and guide you to your own truth - your innate being. This enables us to be ourselves with complete confidence and love. In our classes we will be using meditation, asanas, mantra, pranayama and kriya. A practice that leads to expansion, evolution and liberation. In this we are, on all levels, preparing for transformation and enabling access to more of the infinite intelligence. If you are curious to dive deeper into your true Self and strengthen physically, mentally and spiritually - come join us!

Velkommen til vårt første yogaretreat, 27. til 30.juni! Vi praktiserer Sattva Yoga Journeys og Meditasjon med røtter i Himalayisk tradisjon, blandet med våre egne erfaringer og læringer fra ski- og snowboardkjøringens dans ned snøkledde fjellsider i nord. Vi ønsker å hedre landet og tradisjonene i nord, og blande dette sammen med visdommen fra Himalaya med intensjon om å utvikle oss- og vokse i kjærlighet. Vår intensjon er å bringe klarhet og guide deg til din egen sannhet og indre kraft. Så du kan være deg selv med full selvtillit og kjærlighet. I våre sesjoner vil vi benytte meditasjon, asanas, mantra, pranayama og kriya. Dette er en yogalære som fører til ekspansjon, utvikling og frihet. Vi forbereder oss på alle plan til transformasjon og til å få tilgang til mer av vår egen uendelige intelligens.
